A teenage boy was at dinner with his family and refused to eat meat. Instead, he focuses on vegetables. Although, this is not the usual teen boy who prefers a meat-based meal. Meanwhile, his father, however, told him that he should quit eating like a rabbit and eat properly. Recently, instances such as this have increased due to a rise in the amount of people choosing a plant-based diet. This results in what is now a rivalry between omnivores and herbivores. Even though the number of vegetarians are rising and the negative views of vegetarians are dwindling down, there are still disbelievers of the healthy eating style. The question is which is a better lifestyle: the average American diet or a plant-based diet? Vegetarianism is the most beneficial lifestyle because it is a healthy habit, the humane option, environmentally efficient, and globally sustainable.
